Your No Hassle Contract.

1. How much disc-space do I get?

• 5 MB that is enough for most web sites the largest site we have built is 2 MB.
• For more space it will be an extra £1 per MB per month.

2.  Do I get a Domain name (can I get a unique address like www.yourname.com)?

• You get one Domain name free. It may not be exactly as you want it, most names have already been taken We will try our hardest to get what you want!.
• For more Domain names it will be charged at cost plus £1.00 per month administration.

3.  Bandwidth how much do I get?

• You will get 5 GB of transferable data bandwidth per month that’s enough depending on page sizes for 20000-40000 page views. Extra bandwidth if needed will cost £1 per 1 GB purchased

4.  Do I get my own e-mail address and how many e-mails addresses can I have?

• You will have one e-mail address that includes your domain name. You can choose the front part of the address, info@yourname.com, contact@yourname.com, firstname@yourname.com or admin@myname,com,

5. Who is responsible for the design of my web site?

• We both are, I will advise and show you examples but you have the final say.

6. What if I change my mind about the final agreed design?

• Within reasonable limits this should not be a problem. I will update your design for you for free.

7. Who is responsible for the content of my web site (what is written)?

• We both are, you can write as much or as little as you like. I include copy writing in the package but most people have something to say themselves. You can write and I will edit, the final say about what goes on your site is with you.

8. What if I change my mind after the content has been written?

• Within reasonable limits this is no problem. In fact it is encouraged and I will be working hard to keep your site up to date and relevant. There are no dead sites in the clairvoyancy/paranormal web.

9. What about pictures?

• As they say a picture is worth a thousand words, but unfortunately it uses a thousand times more disc space than text! Be selective with your images and allow us to optimize them for the Internet. Remember lots of images take a long time to download (appear before your web site visitor) and usually web site visitors do not like to wait. You are advised to have some pictures but follow my guidance. You can have as many pictures as you like but you may end up with a slow site that visitors do not hang around for and you may need to purchase extra space. All pictures will need to be in GIF or JPEG format

10. Who is the legal owner of my web site?

• Once all fees have been paid you own; you’re site, design, content, any scripts or programs, which have been written for you. You can move it in its entirety to another host with your domain name. You will then be responsible for the domain name fees to keep it active.

11. How much does it cost?

• The current cost is £11.99 per month paid in advance.
• There is a setup fee of £300.
• However 50% is deferred and will not be payable if your contract remains active for a continued period of two years and your monthly payment is paid on time. A £150 will become payable should you terminate your contract within the first two years.

12. How do I pay?

• Cheque, made payable to ‘Paul Hanrahan’
• Credit card from our web site or set up using PayPal a monthly reoccurring service payment. 

13. When will my site be ready?

• Web sites are never finished articles they are an ongoing process that should be continuously developed. You can expect to have something ready to show on the Internet for all to see within the first month. This will not be the final draft though it depends on how the design process goes and how quickly we can reach agreements on what is to be included.

14. What if I am unhappy with your service?

• Tell us and we will endeavor to put it right. If the issue cannot be resolved, then you are free to leave at anytime owing nothing. Because of the way the payments work out, not matching the work or cost to begin with, there will be no refunds.

15. Will this service ever be withdrawn?

• There may be a reason for me to withdraw service.
• One, an act of God, i.e., I become ill or need hospital treatment, I die but hopefully someone will be around to carry on my work.
• Two, we are totally unable to find common ground and/or you continually make unrealistic demands.
• Three, there can also the issue of Up Time. Sometimes web servers go down and there is nothing we can do about it. Even web servers need maintenance; you can expect Up Time of a minimum 98%, currently 99.9%.
• If you miss two consecutive payments your contract will be considered terminated and all service will be withdrawn until matters are rectified in a satisfactory manner.

16. Will payments be increased?

• The current cost is a promotional price.
• Those who come after the promotional price has finished will pay more.
• Your monthly fees will never increase more than by the rate of inflation.

17. Our work and promotions

We take pride in our work and will place at the bottom of each page a line stating who has designed the web site with a link to our design site!
